Recognizing that older homes often lack proper soundproofing, we addressed this issue during the renovation to enhance comfort and privacy. Additionally, the existing three-bedroom apartment was transformed into a spacious five-bedroom unit by finishing the basement. The result is a versatile living space, perfectly suited for multigenerational families, offering both functionality and modern upgrades.
