This 1935 duplex, while not in extreme disrepair at the time of purchase, required upgrades to unlock its full profitability potential. This 1992 bungalow, located in a desirable neighborhood, was initially in a distressed state, featuring strong odors, an unfinished basement cluttered with junk, and significant wear and tear. Through a complete transformation, the property was converted into two income-generating units: a three-bedroom upper-level unit and a two-bedroom basement apartment.
